Director of Engineering and Construction
The Director Engineering & Construction will lead the revenue generating efforts of the business and provide direct leadership to the Projects & Construction, Engineering Solutions and Business Development efforts in order to achieve budgeted targets.
This leader is a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the business and will participate in the establishment of strategic priorities and objectives aimed at achieving organizational excellence and ultimately success. At a granular level, the Director will be responsible for the performance of the Engineering & Construction Division inclusive of monetary and employee performance and alignment this performance with bottom-line success.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic strategist, with full appreciation for achieving objectives in the short, medium and long terms. He/ she is expected to be a transformational leader who would support the culture change toward a highly-motivated and driven organization that delivered a high level of performance and achievement through growth and development.
The successful candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role overseeing a multi-faceted revenue generating team.
Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Supply Chain Team and all processes relating to procurement, delivery and invoicing for product deliveries to our customers.
The Supply Chain Manager will ensure smooth integration of the procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory control functions in providing the level of support needed by the Engineering and Projects Teams in achieving cost and efficiency savings through effective negotiation and vendor management.
The Supply Chain Manager is expected to be an emotionally intelligent individual who possess a diverse combination of strong leadership and negotiation skills whilst being able to lead a team of multi-talented individuals toward achieving a common objective. The individual will be a dynamic self-starter who is goal-oriented and challenges the status quo in search of a better, more effective way.
The ideal candidate should be able to set clear direction for the department and hold team members accountable for delivering performance and demonstrate a clear understanding and appreciation for good corporate governance and industry best practice. The successful candidate should possess CIPS certification, with formal training in materials/ logistics management and supply chain management, with at least 10 years’ progressive work experience.
