QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

ANSA Technologies Limited shall meet our customers’ expectations at every interaction, ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are compiled with where it applies to our processes and ensure  continuous improvement on our performance to exceed those expectations.

ANSA Technologies’ VISION is to be the leading supplier of engineered products and services in the market which we serve.

COMPANY QUALITY OBJECTIVES

 
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction to 85% by December 2009.
  • Ensure that Customer Complaints do not exceed fifteen (15) per annum.
  • Ensure that at least 75% bona fida complaints are successfully resolved, within the period.
  • Ensure that through continual improvement we remain ISO 9001:2000 Certified.
