ANSA Technologies Ltd.
ANSA Technologies Limited is a
merger of three long established companies operating in Trinidad & Tobago. These are Hardware & Oilfield Equipment
Company Limited (HOECO), H.J. Gransaull & Company Limited and
ANSA McAl.
These companies’s were all started by local entrepreneurs many
years ago.
- Hardware & Oilfield Equipment Company Limited (HOECO) 1931
- H.J. Gransaull & Company Limited 1941
- ANSA McAl 1958
With the growth of ANSA McAl, the company acquired HOECO and a
60% interest in H.J. Gransaull Ltd.
In 1998 ANSA McAl acquired the remaining 40% of H.J. Gransaull
Ltd. The company ANSA Technologies initially came into being as
a division of HOECO.
By 2004 the direction of the
company was more allied to the Technology sector and it was
decided to re-name the company to be more inline with the market
trends
During 2004 and early 2005 the logos of both HOECO and ANSA
Technologies were continually used to ease the transition into
ANSA Technologies Limited as the sole trading name.
